Very disappointing. I ordered one chicken skewer for my daughter, which cost £14. It only had four or five small pieces of chicken on it and was not tasty at all. The price was far too expensive for the portion and quality. Definitely not worth £14.

DISGUSTING STAFF BEHAVIOUR – RUDE, AGGRESSIVE AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I have never experienced customer service like this.
I previously visited with a friend who ordered a particular meal and was charged £14. I returned today and asked for the same meal but was told it would be £20. I declined and simply proceeded to order something else — there was no argument or issue about the price.
Out of curiosity, while waiting for my new order, I called my friend to confirm how much she had paid previously because I wanted to make sure I hadn't remembered incorrectly. She confirmed she had paid £14 but explained that it had apparently been done as a favour. I simply responded, "I thought so, oh okay."
That should have been the end of it.
Instead, a member of staff who had clearly been listening to my personal phone conversation suddenly got involved and started shouting:
"She's lying!"
"There's no way it was here!"
"Get out of the shop. I'm no longer serving you!"
I wasn't even speaking to him. I wasn't arguing about the price. I had already accepted the £20 price, declined the meal and ordered something else.
He then proceeded to take my food off the grill and refuse to serve me, repeatedly insisting that my friend was lying and demanding that I leave.
The entire reaction was completely unnecessary, aggressive and incredibly unprofessional. A grown member of staff throwing a tantrum because of a conversation between a customer and her friend is honestly unbelievable.
What made the interaction even more uncomfortable was the way I was spoken to and treated. I found the behaviour hostile and racially discriminatory, and the whole experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.
There was absolutely no need for any of this. If the meal costs £20, that's fine — I had already accepted that and ordered something else. The issue is the disgusting way a member of staff chose to behave towards a paying customer.
I left without my food, and after being treated like that, I will never spend another penny in this establishment.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour and a complete lack of basic customer service and professionalism.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff working here were so so friendly and helped us with ordering everything! They have Air Conditioning inside which worked great on a 40 degree day. Every part of the meal was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Nothing was left on our plates after this! Highly recommend you check this place out! The prices were very great too!

The prices are high, and the service is below expectations. When I asked for the bill, the staff insisted on cash payment, claiming the card machine was not working. However, after I told them I had no cash, the card machine suddenly worked and I was able to pay by card. Overall, a disappointing experience, and I would not visit again.

Be careful when you order. Just realised that paid 12 pounds for wrap. (10 pounds on menu board) 3 pounds for can of drink and another 5 pounds for small portion of chips. I guess I was mistaken for tourist and I'm pretty sure that it's not the first time when 'mistakes' happens

Previously, I went with a friend, she was charged £14 for her meal. I went there today for the same meal and was told £20. I declined and proceeded to order something else. Called my friend to confirm how much she paid just out of curiosity and to make sure I wasn't wrong with the pricing. She confirmed that she did indeed pay £14 but it was done as a favour, I responded, "I thought so and ohh ok " and then one of the staff started shouting, "She's lying."There is no way it was here." I recently moved to London from New Zealand and one of the things I’ve noticed is the food tastes different, but here — it tasted like home. The produce was fresh, I felt like I was eating something that would nourish me and the service despite being understaffed was friendly and accommodating. I asked for extra Halloumi (£1 extra) with my Lamb Shish and it was great. Lots of locals here which always says a lot to me when I’m choosing a place to eat.
